
The Plantations Fire Reference Group will consider additional priority projects following the withdrawal of a project application. The extension of the closing date will allow additional invited applicant/s to prepare and submit an application after receiving an invitation to apply.
The Plantation Fire Protection Fund will deliver fire prevention, detection and response works through a closed, non-competitive grants program.

Yes. If a current waiver and/or consent applies to proposed works impacted by a project, the current documentation is sufficient.
Project costs are committed (e.g. invoices, purchase orders or signed quotes/MOUs) by 30 April 2025 with an expectation that project is fully completed and operational by 31 December 2025.
