Ordering and Shipping Information

For NSW customers, bacterial media orders must be received by:

12:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays to ensure dispatch on the following business day.

Interstate media requests must be submitted by:

4:30 PM the preceding Friday, with orders shipped on Tuesday mornings.

Urgent requests will be processed with the following charges:

Express Media Handling fee of $45.35 (ex GST)
