Kim is a key member of the NSW DPIRD team responsible for monitoring and reporting on seasonal conditions and drought across the state. Her work helps inform policy and resource management, supporting the resilience of NSW’s agricultural communities. Her role helps ensure that farmers and other stakeholders have the information they need to make timely, informed decisions in the face of challenging climate conditions.

In addition to her role in seasonal monitoring, Kim has significant experience in biophysical modelling, which she uses to assess the performance of mixed farming systems under both current and projected climatic conditions.
