Do I have to create an account to use BioResponse NSW?

No, you can use the app without logging in. If you choose to create an account, we can give you a tailored experience with alerts and information relevant to you. It will also pre-fill any forms you might need to complete saving you time and improving your experience.​

Can I create an account without using an email address?

No, you can choose to use your existing Service NSW app login details to access BioResponse NSW. You can of course choose to use an email if you prefer.​

Is my information secure?

The app has undergone rigorous testing to ensure it meets the NSW Government cybersecurity standards.
